I love boxing with a passion, the history and legacy, the mindset, the preparation and training involved. A test of wills, determination, focus and conditioning and athleticism are integral parts of  being a champion but without a game plan all they have is a puncher’s chance. The same goes with achieving your fitness goals, having a game plan about how you are going to reach your personal goal or ideal physique is essential. Nutrition, conditioning, corrective, plyometric and resistance exercises are key components of the game plan.
